Larnaca Port and Marina Re-Development Project

After years of failures in the negotiations between the State and  Foreign investors, it looks like Cyprus Officials may now be closer to signing a final deal that will ultimately change the entire outlook of our town.

In what will be the largest development to date on the island, at over 1Billion Euros, it will not only boost the local economy but will also create thousands of jobs. 

From a glimpse at the proposal which was introduced in February of this year, the design includes a hotel as well as residential towers at the marina, whereas the port and peer will be expanded to also serve larger vessels that would usually dock in Limassol's port. Included in the plans are also recreational areas, such as shops, restaurants, and children's play areas, all of which will add to Larnaca's economic growth.
